An exercise from the audit of the present and a look back at the year that redefined my direction
Today, perhaps because it’s snowing outside, I felt ready to mirror myself, so I started a goal from my own present audit by updating the professional information in my LinkedIn profile.
But I want to talk to you about a year
of my life!
2016 – A year that changed my direction
In 2016, after several significant exits in real estate and hospitality, I reached a turning point. I decided to live in Italy and start a new phase on a personal level, but also to reflect on what success still meant to me. It was then that I discovered that my mission was to contribute to the development of other people through mentoring and counselling. This is how I decided to dedicate myself through professional reformation to this field, gaining my EMCC Global accreditation as a practicing mentor a year ago.
Every choice, every lesson was an opportunity to learn and contribute more. I am grateful to be able to offer customized programs, workshops to those who feel they want to build themselves into sustainable personal role models.
A personal invitation
I invite you to be part of this development journey and leave you in my profile all my professional expertise so far! 💫
